Deposit Policy:

As of May 1, 2018, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be placed to book your appointment. Once a
date is set, an invoice will be sent for 50% of the full price of the service, including travel/set up fee,
as the 50% non-refundable deposit.  The deposit goes towards your massage appointment OR
YOUR CANCELLATION FEE. If the invoice is not paid within 48 hours, the appointment is NOT
booked.

No Show and Late Cancellation Policy

Please allow at least 48 hours prior notice for an appointment cancellation or reschedule. When less than 48 hours notice is given, there will be a 50% charge for the appointment. If short notice is given more than once, there will be a 100% charge. Please understand booking someone to fill your spot may not be easy which means a loss of potential income.  I understand that acute illness, hazardous weather and family emergencies represent special circumstances and a fee will not be charged, we will try to reschedule.  Please be respectful to the massage therapist’s time as she will be respectful of your time. No Shows are charged 100% and will be put on a list of “NO SERVICE” if it becomes a habit. Again, I understand things happen.  Communication is key!

CE CLASS Cancellation Policy

As of January 1, 2019, once registered there is a $25.00 fee on all cancellations, unless cancelling 1 week before class.  If cancelling 1 week before class there will be NO refunds. Depending on the situation, every effort may be made to accommodate students who either wish to move to another class date or another sponsored offering.

Gift Certificate Policy

All gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or anything else other than massage service. They are transferable if you wish to give it to someone else. Hold onto that gift certificate as Jennifer Chan, LMT, is NOT responsible for lost certificates. Our no show and cancellation policy are the same for gift certificate use.
