On 9/1/21, revisions and additions to the regulations in the Massage Therapy WAC Chapter 246-830 will go into effect. One of the changes that will affect WA licensed massage therapists the most is that CPR will be part of our CE requirement to renew our licenses. As a bi-coastal LMT, I keep my CPR/1st aid up to date as its needed for my other states license requirements, so this means nothing new to me other than I get to now count the extra time as CE’s
